Boeing moves second MQ-25A Stingray tanker drone toward ground testing

Boeing has moved the second MQ-25A Stingray to MidAmerica St. Louis Airport in Illinois for final assembly ahead of ground tests. The Navy has 14 of the carrier-based refueling drones under contract after ordering three in a first low-rate production lot in September, with those deliveries due from 2029. Boeing has not said when ground testing or the aircraft's first flight will begin.
