China's military says its GJ-21 flying-wing combat drone made its first takeoff and landing aboard Sichuan, a Type 076 amphibious assault ship fitted with an electromagnetic catapult. Officials gave no date, location or number of sorties, and no photos or video have been released. If confirmed, China would be on track to field ship-based stealth combat drones before any other navy.
