Gallium Defence exits stealth with €7.1 million for low-cost drone-detection radar

Paris startup Gallium Defence has raised a €7.1 million seed round led by Keen Venture Partners and 360 Capital, with Omnes Capital and Polytechnique Ventures joining. Founded in April 2026, it is building AESA radars for drone detection mostly from commercial off-the-shelf parts, aiming to be cheap enough to field in large numbers. It has not published performance specs, pricing or customers.
