Turkey shows a 20-drone Kargu swarm strike at its Ateş Serbest live-fire event

Turkey's Ateş Serbest exercise near Ankara this month featured 20 STM Kargu one-way attack drones that shared data in real time and hit their targets simultaneously. TAI debuted its turbojet-powered Ayaz attack drone, an uncrewed ground vehicle performed a simulated medical evacuation, and Aselsan microwave and laser systems shot down drones. The event shows how quickly Turkish industry is fielding autonomy across air, land and counter-drone roles.
